Ingredients:
2 - tomatoes
1 - medium cucumber
1⁄2 cup - Mediterranean Organic Kalamata Olives
1 - small red onion
1 tablespoon - Mediterranean Organic Capers ((optional))
extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
red wine vinegar
salt

Directions:
Prep Time - 15 minutes
1. Cut the tomato in wedges
2. Peel the cucumber, slice into ½ inch thick rounds, then half the rounds
3. Thinly slice the onion
4. Combine tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl, then place the thinly sliced onion on top
5. Add the olives and capers
6. Drizzle with olive oil, a splash of red wine vinegar, and salt to taste
7. Place a piece of feta on top and sprinkle with oregano

Entertaining Tips:
- Traditionally there is no lettuce or red pepper in the salad – but feel free to modify by adding your favorite leafy greens or Mediterranean Organic Grilled Red Peppers
- Often the feta cheese is not cut in cubes, but usually a large piece is placed on top, however cubes and crumbles taste just as delicious
- Typically the salad is served in a shallow bowl and not mixed ahead of time
