Fig Homemade Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon - Mediterranean Organic White Fig Preserves
3 tablespoons - extra virgin olive oil
1 clove - minced garlic
salt and pepper (optional)
Directions:
